Refund Policy

We aim to provide high-quality online learning services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be provided.
1. Digital Products (Worksheets, Notes, Downloads)
✔ Strictly non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Digital files cannot be “returned”, so all sales are final.
2. Self-Paced Online Courses
Refunds may be allowed only if BOTH are true:
Less than 20% of the course has been viewed, and
Request is made within 7 days of purchase
Once materials are accessed significantly, refunds are not provided.
3. Live Zoom Classes
Refunds or credits may be provided:
Before lessons begin:
✔ 100% refund (admin fee may apply)
After classes have begun:
❌ No cash refunds, but
✔ We may offer class credits or transfers on a case-by-case basis.
Missed classes:
No refunds for absence
Replacement videos/notes may be provided if available
4. Technical Issues
If you are unable to access the course due to technical problems on our side:
✔ We will restore access
✔ If unresolved, we may offer a refund or credit
5. How to Request a Refund

Refunds will be reviewed within 7 business days.
